Mike Borgonzi

Mike Borgonzi is the General Manager of the Tennessee Titans.

Borgonzi arrived in Tennessee after spending 16 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs. During his final four seasons in Kansas City, he served as Assistant General Manager, where he supervised and directed the club’s college and professional scouting operations while supporting roster management and player acquisition through the NFL Draft, free agency, waivers, and trades.

During his time with the Chiefs, Borgonzi contributed to 12 playoff seasons and 10 AFC West division titles. Over a five-season span, the Chiefs won five AFC championships and three Super Bowl championships.

For eight seasons, Borgonzi worked under Chiefs General Manager Brett Veach. From 2021-24, Borgonzi served as Assistant General Manager and prior to that, he held roles including Director of Football Operations, Director and Co-Director of Player Personnel, Assistant Director of Pro Scouting, Pro Personnel Scout, Manager of Football Operations, and College Scouting Administrator.

Before joining the NFL, Borgonzi spent two seasons at Boston College as Assistant Recruiting Coordinator and coached tight ends at Amherst College. He also worked in the financial sector in Boston.

A native of Everett, Massachusetts, Borgonzi graduated from Brown University, where he was a four-year starter at fullback and a three-time All-Ivy League selection.
