She was the second woman in NBA history hired as an assistant coach with the Sacramento Kings, and the first female head coach in the NBA’s G-League. As Head Coach of Power in the BIG3 League, she became the first woman to lead a men’s professional basketball team to a championship, earning Coach of the Year honors in 2018. Nancy is a 2x Olympic silver medalist and a trailblazer in the fight for gender equality in professional sports.
