THE·TEAM Promotes Three Senior Leaders to Executive Vice President

June 26, 2026

New York

Leading global music agency THE·TEAM today announced the promotions of three senior leaders — Joe Atamian, Mike Greisch and Sam Alpert — to Executive Vice President. These mark the first internal promotions to EVP since the launch of the company’s music division in 2021, underscoring THE·TEAM’s continued investment in long-term career growth and leadership development from within.

The promotions recognize each executive’s significant contributions to the company’s global artist roster and their roles in shaping the agency’s growth, culture, and strategic direction.

“These promotions reflect the kind of leadership we believe in — people who have built their careers here, who lead with integrity, and who consistently show up for our artists and for each other,” said Lee Anderson, Co-President of THE·TEAM’s music group. “Joe, Mike and Sam have each played an important role in defining what THE·TEAM has become since launch, and we’re proud to recognize that impact as they step into this next chapter.”

Chicago-based Joe Atamian has been a driving force within the organization since 2007, helping lead its evolution from Monterey Peninsula Artists to Paradigm to THE·TEAM. Over nearly two decades, Atamian has built a reputation for identifying and developing talent from the earliest stages of their careers, guiding many of his clients from emerging acts to global touring successes. His roster includes a dynamic range of artists such as Noah Kahan, The Lumineers, Black Pumas, Iron & Wine, Sam Barber, Richy Mitch & The Coal Miners, and Max McNown.

Chicago-based Mike Greisch represents a roster of marquee artists, including Dave Matthews Band and Phish, both of whom consistently rank among the world’s top touring acts. His clients also include Caamp, Dispatch, and acclaimed singer-songwriters Ray LaMontagne, Jason Mraz, and Foy Vance, alongside emerging artists Briscoe and The 502s.

New York-based Sam Alpert leads a global team focused on tour marketing, pricing, and ticketing, where he has driven campaigns for legendary artists including Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros, Disclosure, Fred again.., Kaytranada, ODESZA, $UICIDEBOY$, The Postal Service, and ZEDD. Since joining then-Paradigm in 2014 and launching their Tour Marketing department, Alpert has built and scaled multiple divisions, including Artist Marketing, Global Pricing & Ticketing, UK Tour Marketing, and most recently expanding THE·TEAM’s tour marketing division to Asia with a new team based in Singapore. He is widely recognized for shaping a fan-first, data-led approach to ticketing and tour strategy across the agency’s global business.
