The strategy for Team Earth is constituted of three clear focus areas, each of which is underpinned by the continuous education and engagement of all THE·TEAM employees, the clients we work with, and the industry at large.

We have supported the United Nations’ shared plan of action for people, the planet, and prosperity since 2017. Through our strategic direction and business activities, we contribute directly and indirectly to the achievement of the SDGs. We identified and prioritized ten areas that are most relevant for our business.
