Harrogate CC

Appearing for both the Women’s and Men’s teams at Harrogate, Amelia has played any number of memorable innings for the club – the highlight being 175 not out (2024)

Northern Diamonds Academy

In 2023, fifteen-year-old Amelia joined the Northern Diamonds Emerging Player Programme.

During the 2023 campaign, Amelia scored 220 runs from seven innings, with two impressive half-centuries in academy trial matches – including a highest score of 53 runs against South East Stars.

Runs continued to flow after Diamonds offered Amelia a place in their Academy for 2024.

During 2024, there was a second half-century (55 not out) against Southern Vipers Academy as well as scores of 47 and 84 in a three day game against Sunrisers Academy. Such notable performances saw the Diamonds name Amelia as their Academy Batter of the Year.

Yorkshire

Yorkshire Academy
Amelia entered the Yorkshire Women’s pathway as an Under 13 player before successfully progressing through the age groupings.

2024 saw Amelia play for Yorkshire Under 18s scoring 103 not out in her second century of the season.

Making further progress in 2025, she scored two centuries (including 176 not out and three half-centuries for the Under 18s).

Amelia went on to captain Yorkshire U18’s to the National Finals 50 Over Competition against Surrey, where she scored 84 runs.

In 2025, Amelia also captained the Yorkshire Academy, where she scored 5 half-centuries, with a highest score of 94 against Durham.

Over a three-year period (2023-25), Amelia broke the record for highest run scorer in a season for the Yorkshire Women’s pathway – in 2025 alone she scored 1645 runs.

County Championship
Amelia made her County Championship debut in April 2024, scoring 33 off the North East Warriors bowlers. In total, she made four appearances during the 2024 County Championship.

One Day Cricket
In August 2025, Amelia made her first appearance in the Metro Bank Cup. Her highest score in the competition, to date, came later the same year, when she hit 61 runs in Yorkshire’s win over Gloucestershire.

Twenty20 Cricket
Amelia made her first start in the Vitality Women’s County T20 in 2024. Playing four games, she posted her current highest score for Yorkshire (57) against Notts.

In 2025, Amelia appeared in three Vitality Blast games with a top score of 39 not out against Derbyshire.

England

Under 19 Development Squad
Amelia joined the England Under 19s Development squad to play against Scotland A in June 2025. Later that year, she was named in the England Under 19s winter training squad and then selected for a 2026 Tri-Nation series in Australia, where she gained valuable international experience across four matches.
